Use mild shampoo and conditioners. Using a mild soap is useless if your shampoo has a strong ingredient that causes irritation. Moreover, the chemicals in the hair care products you use may stay on your hair and irritates the skin on your face when you sweat.
Some people think that dairy foods make their Rosacea worse, but it all boils down to the food you are allergic to. Steam treatments may be bad for you, as you should avoid extreme temperatures. You may also need to trim your fingernails to avoid scratching the sensitive skin on your face while you’re cleaning it.
