Spring BBQ parties can be fun especially if the weather allows for some backyard grilling. If you have a special occasion to celebrate, or you just want to throw a party for the heck of it, you can decorate your backyard using simple items.
1. Small Lanterns
Out of all the outdoor lighting fixtures, lanterns are the best because they are portable enough to be moved from one location to another, and removed when the party is over. The sun may be too harsh for a daytime party, and barbecues may be too much for tea time. When the weather is balmier than usual, you can have your outdoor barbecue during dinnertime to showcase your outdoor lights.
2. Quaint Seating
One of the best things about an outdoor barbecue is that you can sit around and relax with your plates and barbecued food. Not every party should entail a proper table. You can drape shawls over love seats and divans, and take them outside so you can sit around with friends and family members. Of course, you have to make sure your food can be picked up and eaten easily without using utensils like steak knives.
